How do I order or contact help desk ?

You are free to browse the web site but if you wish to place an order you should register your account.

Select your items and add them to your Shopping Cart. Our cart is very user-friendly and you can add and delete as you wish. Just remember that we have a minimum order amount of US$ 50 , or equivalent.

After finalizing your selection you will be taken to a secure payment area where you enter your card details. Press the button only once to process the payment to avoid doubling the order and your charges.

 Why is there a minimum order?

We do not apply apply a minimum any longer due to demand by our loyal customers. Howeverplease note that shipping cost is more economical when your order reaches certain value .

 How much will I pay for shipping?

Shipping costs will vary according to the weight of your order, your location and how quickly you wish to receive it. The cost will be added to your final Shopping Cart. We use only the most reliable shipping companies such as Fedex, DHL or EMS .The most economical method is the standard shipping weight module; as an example this takes between 4-6 working days fromEgypt to theUSA. If you have more urgent requirements please email us for a quotation.
